For a long time, I believed I had never encountered bullying in my life. But upon discovering that bystanders are also the accomplices of bullies, I realized this is a common occurrence around me, and I too played a part. My classmates were laughed at and called name…I never took part of this, however maybe that’s where I did wrong. I should have supported them instead. Then, someone close to me became a bullying victim, and she didn’t mention to anyone. Unfair treatment pushed her into silence and isolation. Now she has battled depression and anxiety for years, missing out on normal life due to lack of help. This game offers me a second chance. I hope it prompts awareness about the emotional and physical pain of school bullying, so that people can refuse being bullies and unite to stop the occurrence of this behavior, so as to truly help these children.
